I am a Psychotherapist and Couple and Family therapist working with adult individuals, families and couples in English and in Russian. Originally from Moscow, with MSc in Psychology from Moscow State University. My current main area of interest is all about working with relationships, including helping couples to make a joint decision about separation. I am fully trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and have been practicing this approach since 2015, finding it very effective in helping the partners to better understand themselves and each other and strengthen the bond in the relationship.

I have been working in various mental health organisations in the UK, including a Senior Psychotherapist position in the NHS, since 2000.
Originally from Moscow, with MSc in Psychology from Moscow State University, I have been living in London since 1998 and have completed a variety of trainings and courses in different approaches to psychotherapy. I am interested in different schools of thoughts and keep on familiarising with the newest developments in the therapy field.

MSc degree in Psychology – Lomonosov Moscow State University.
PGDip in Systemic Theory and Practice.
PGDip in Psychoanalytic Studies from Tavistock and Portman Trust.
PGDip in Attachment and Psychoanalysis and Couple Relationship from TCCR.
Diploma in clinical Supervision from CPPD.
