I have more than 25 years of experience as an integrative therapist in both individual and couple therapy. I trained as a Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist, then as a Couples Therapist. I have specialist experience in working with addictions and couples who experience issues with addictions (drug, alcohol, gambling).
My Approach
I work as an Integrative therapist which matches therapy to your needs and problems. I have more than 25 years experience in both individual and couple therapy.
I trained as a Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist, then as a Couples Therapist with Relate. I also trained in EFT which is a structured approach comprising 12 focused sessions.
My primary approach is Person-centred, with a Systemic understanding of problems. I also offer CBT and Psychodynamic approaches.
I have specialist experience in working with addictions, and couples who experience issues with addictions (drug, alcohol, gambling, sex).
My previous experience also includes child therapy and school counselling in secondary and 6th Form colleges.
From 2008 – 2018, I was Head of School in Counselling and Psychology Newham College University Centre, London.
